Be Civic is a free public library. Using this site means you accept the following terms.

- All Be Civic content is published under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0). You may copy, adapt, redistribute, and build on the content for any purpose, including commercial, with attribution.
- No warranty.
- Be Civic guides administrative procedures with care and citations, but we make no warranty of accuracy or fitness for any particular case. Where Be Civic and an official source disagree, the official source wins. Always.
- Liability.
- Be Civic is not liable for any decisions, applications, or outcomes that follow from using a skill. Your administrative submissions go through real channels — your commune, the SPF, INAMI — and responsibility for what you file is yours.
- Acceptable use.
- Don't use Be Civic to evade Belgian law or mislead the validation and observation mechanisms.
